Reflect and re-nourish your body and mind. Our 6-day retreat in life enhancing Bali, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life will give you the chance to create a crystal plan about the way you want to live your life through participating in daily yoga and life coaching workshops.
For most of us setting new goals is something that happens on New Year’s Eve, significant birthdays or after a life changing experience.
However, even when we set the goals that we feel will bring us closer to what we really, REALLY want to do we end up giving up after a while.
After a few weeks or months, we lose our focus and motivation because life happens, and we don’t have a system in place to support us in realizing our goals.
On top of all that in our attempt to be successful and feel complete we take on too much. We spend too many hours working hard to end up realizing that we are in the exact same spot where we started from.
Consequently, we feel exhausted and disappointed. We do not have the time to reflect on what is going on, acknowledge ourselves and appreciate who we are and what we want to accomplish.
We just keep repeating the same old things day after day expecting something new to happen.
Finding our way out from this vicious cycle of not having a clear direction and purpose in life seems difficult or impossible.
It’s at this point that we crave to find a profound way of living and have a better connection first with ourselves and then with the people we love the most.
But you know what, we both know what you feel because we’ve both been in your place.

I have found myself in a similar situation. I spent many years working hard and shifting among three different professional roles. The busier I was getting the most insufficient I used to feel.
As there was no time for me to reflect on the things I was doing, acknowledge myself and celebrate my big or small wins, I used to take my strengths for granted.
The lack of enthusiasm and motivation that often came as a result of exertion manifested as the symptoms of a burnout.
With the tools I will introduce to in this retreat I managed to get a new perspective about the way I want to live my life and affect a change.

In my search for giving a meaning and fulfilment to the way that I was living I crossed paths first with Life Coaching and then with Yoga.
Since then my life has changed radically and I started becoming the person that I wanted to be.
So, based on all the above experiences we have created this retreat for you.
This retreat is therefore about getting you out from your familiar, possibly stagnant daily rhythm and help you reflect-recondition yourself on how to become more conscious about the way you want to live your life.
Through the Life-Coaching workshops that you will participate in and through the power of sharing involved we will support you to:
• Take ownership of your life by developing a greater awareness of the areas of your life, whether they are in a decline or in a growth circle.
• Identify the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
• Reflect on your role, by exploring different options and possibilities.
• Learn the importance of acknowledging yourself and celebrating your achievements.
• Set crystal clear goals
• Come up with your own tailor-made plan that will empower you throughout your daily life.
• Understand that you are NOT ALONE and be part of a supporting community.
Through the practice of Yoga and the given, clear instructions you will release any tension that may exist in your body. Personal attention will be given to each participant in order for each of you to meet any special physical need you may have.
Guided breathing techniques will be introduced in every session to help you engage the process. In conjunction with guided meditation and visualization techniques you will have the chance to relax more deeply and create a space that you may fill with new, loving, empowering thoughts.

She keeps a very pleasant timing during her exercises, she gives calm, friendly instructions, she pays very much attention to breathing. In addition, she is a warm, very nice personality with whom we have become friends in no time. Fotini is the best!
About the Venue
Our retreat will take place at Dragonfly Village, Bali Indonesia. Dragonfly Village is an oasis in bustling Ubud and set amidst the lush green rice fields. Palm trees line each sunrise and sunset against the beautiful backdrop of the sacred Mountain Agung with the northern mountain ranges in the distance. It’s truly an enchanted retreat paradise. Everything in it is prepared with love and care.
In Dragonfly you can sense tranquility and embrace stunning greenery all around you. Infused by a beautiful energy it will allow you to recharge by connecting with this beautiful surrounding.
The center boasts a spacious well-equipped yoga shala with incredible views to the rice field to accommodate our yoga classes.
Also, you will have the chance to experience Herbal Steam Sauna using natural herbs and its salt water pool where you can just relax and release any tension.
Kitchen is vegetarian and vegan only. Much of the produce is grown in Dragonfly’s organic garden close by in the rice fields.

Dimos’ workshops are highly interactive and enjoyable; he has a unique way of engaging everyone from diverse backgrounds to come together as a group and discuss the topics of our discussion. Every workshop is different and you could tell that he put in a lot of effort and planning for each workshops. I really enjoyed all of his workshops and Dimos is a great listener and highly respectful everyone’s opinions and in return he offers valuable feedback. He is genuinely and sincerely interested in my personal growth and development. He is also highly knowledgeable and resourceful, and I was inspired by how he is always equipping himself with new knowledge everyday
About the Accommodation
Dragonfly Village focuses energy on living simply and consciously within an organic environment. You will enjoy balconies facing the rice fields, private outdoor gardens, hot shower, and swimming pool are also provided.
The accommodations at Dragonfly Village are antique bungalows, original wooden houses brought over from remote villages in Java, decorated with beautiful carvings, using a hundred percent recycled teak wood. Each bungalow has an attached mud-wall bathroom with passion fruits and vines climbing over the natural roof which is semi-open to nature.
Various rooms are available based on single, double, as well as quadruple occupancy. All rooms are spacious and supplied with natural organic shampoo, soap and insect repellent. All beds and furniture are specially designed and made from recycled plow wood, which the farmers used with the buffaloes to plow the rice fields before.
According to a policy held by the Dragonfly Village, the first people who book a sharing accommodation will enjoy the luxury of the Blue Moon Room, the quadruple occupancy, which is twice bigger than the double occupancy rooms containing two toilets and two shower rooms. If you come with your partner/spouse or a friend a double occupancy room can be available for you. If there are more than 15 bookings the accommodation will be in the attic bed of the Blue Moon and the cost will be slighter cheaper for them.
We were very blessed to have Dimos to coach us in communication during our 3 week yoga teacher training course in Bali. He is very professional, knowledgeable and delicate teacher. I have improved in better expressing myself and definitely have learn how to use alternative in communication through his inspirational teaching. Thank you Dimos

On Thursday after our workshop we will have free time to explore the island.
On the last day after our workshop we will have free time to enjoy a daily excursion to the scenic rice terraces of Ubud and Blangsinga Waterfall. Blangsinga waterfall at Blahbatuh Giannyar, can also be your alternative destination other than beaches. This nature tourism is a favorite spot visited by domestic and foreign travelers. Other than water recreation, visitors can also watch the beauty of rainbows and feel the atmosphere of Petanu River. The water fall has the height of about 12,5 meters.
The trip is optional and there will be an admission ticket. A sample price would be 450000IDR (27€) per car. The maximum number per car is 6. The price includes an English-speaking driver, a parking fee and any toll fees. Any meals ,personal expenses and entrance fees are not included.
Working collaboratively to explore self-care has given me greater awareness of how I can implement “putting myself first” and setting boundaries in both my professional and personal life. Meet the Instructors
Dimos was trained as a professional coach at the International Coach Academy (ICA).He is accredited with the International Coach Federation (ICF).He holds a BA and an MA in education (The University of Nottingham, UK).He has attended a 100h professional course in Thai Yoga Massage (Lathu Village, Chiang Mai-Thailand) and he has completed a 200hr Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga Teacher training Course at Yoga Darshana School, Mysore India.
He has been practicing as a Life Coach for the past ten years supporting people from various countries in decision making, transition-change management, work-life balance, business building and planning and career development. He has worked as a special education teacher and teaching assistant in schools in London and Greece. He has taught communication skills, teaching methodology and business aspects of teaching yoga as a guest teacher in yoga teacher training courses in Bali (Atman Yoga School)
Fotini is a certified professional coach from ICA. She is also a certified 300h Yoga teacher accredited from Yoga Alliance.
Her range of education experiences varies from being an NLP practitioner to being a certified teacher for children and in addition a yoga teacher for children with autism and special needs.
She has been teaching yoga consistently for the last three years while she is continuously enriching her style of teaching by attending various of workshops and seminars.
She has also been a Life Coach for the past 7 years empowering people from around the world to become the best version of themselves through the practices self-care, setting healthy boundaries while creating a balance between life and work.
