By submitting a booking, you are agreeing to the following terms:

BOOKING

-A 300€ deposit must be made to secure your booking until the 15^th of February in order to register for the Early Bird price . That includes a down payment for booking the accommodation and a small extra fee for the expenses of planning the retreat.

-Full payment must be made by the 15^th of April.

-Prices exclude flights, airport transfer, travel insurance, lunch and extra activities than the ones mentioned on the website.

CANCELLATIONS

-Deposits are non-refundable. HOWEVER you can use the down payment for the accommodation as a voucher for future staying at Loucoulos.

-If you cancel up to 12 weeks before the retreat start date, we will refund any payment you have made except from the deposit.

-If you cancel within 10 weeks of the retreat start date, we will refund 40% of the payment (except from the deposit)

-If you cancel within 8 weeks of the retreat start date, we are unable to give a refund for any payments.

-If your country is in an official lock down and you are unable to travel the whole amount (except from the deposit which you can use as a voucher for a future staying at Loucoulos) is refundable.

-All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing liftupyoga@gmail.com. The date that we receive your email will be the date that we calculate your refund from.

-We reserve the right to cancel the retreat at any time, if this should happen, we will give you full refund (except from the deposit which can be used as a voucher for future staying to Loucoulos).
